Nice People Vs Bad People

Since joining the company i noticed what i see may not be true at the first place, the truth will only reveal over time.

So what is this nice people and bad people about? I walked into this new co, there are friendly people whom we classified as nice, they greeted me, shown me around, introduced me to the team, take me along, i felt so welcomed. Bad people are staying a step back from me. Of course there are super nasty people which i don't wish to put into this post.

So after a while, what's next? The so called nice, friendly people turn around and back step you, it happened only few months after joining the co. People begins spreading bad influence to the rest due to some politics issues. So that's the treatment i got from these so call friendly people.

Then what happened to the so call bad people who were cold to me at the first place? They stay tuned with cold but become friendlier. There i know people who are being nice to you at the first place you need to becareful.

Due to merger, we got absorbed into new co. The new co people are super friendly, some share with me their experience and not all they also share with me lots of relevant stuff which help in my job. Now i got skeptical. I need to keep a distance from these people...

Well, whatever it is, i learnt there are so many different type of people out there. You just need to deal with it tactfully.

Politics in office is never easy to deal and it always arising from those who are too free.
