Consumer Rights

I think i wrote on a similar post some time ago. The poor standard of service has frustrated each time i encountered. Then again a friend of mine tell me a secret to eliminate the sweat on "small stuff". Well you tell me whether it's small stuff after reading my stories.

I got a low entry IMPORTED Japan car recently, however it triggered an irritating sound each time when i pedal the break during the cold start. This happened second day i was driving it till to date, i tried to claim for warranty and they replied me it was a standard operating sound. I wrote to Japan and no avail. I am so helpless..it's frustrating.

I moved into a new place, however i noticed the walls isn't smooth as it looked, my contractor advised me to Skim the wall which cost me money, since the new place under warranty, i tried to claim and the replied was "this isn't a bungalow, you shouldn't expect that much". I was stunned and speechless.

Then i also shared with my friends about my frustration over the customer service when they gave me wrong solutions. Thanks to them for making me rushing to ATM during lunch time to create my password a few times only realized it's needless in order for me retrieve my internet banking password..i was frust of course and i made huge complains..but after all what do you get other than an apology?

So my friend share me a secret to eliminate frustration like this...that was..If these people are as smart/understand like you do, they won't have to be an officer in a call center. So same goes to the car, if it's expensive you won't able to afford it, hell know my country charged at least 200% tax on imported cars. Yeah it's a low end imported one i've got so i got to compromise on the deficiencies. Then again, it's definitely more pricey than a local made and and it doesn't has problems like this!

I'm speechless..where is consumer's rights??
