I used to wear low neckline, low waist, short skirt/pants, spagethi stripe, you name it. I particular like to wear high heels, matching handbags. So yeah, i was typical city gal but not now. I tend to cover up as much as i could, i wear long pants/sleeves most of the time and i would wear a overcoat like jackets, cardigan should i wear something little inside. I even start investing in panty holes should i wear shorts, thick one:) Up to certain extend i feel "naked" if i dont wear any of those. Well, i also like to wear extra top should my long sleeves looked too plain and i prefer to court shoes or for some country they call it pump. So this is the change of my fashion and i enjoy the change.
Many of them asked me, isn't it hot to wear so much? I told them it's hotter when you exposed your skin under the sun and it's hurting. Well, i have this obsession about protecting my skin, skin is meant to be covered instead of expose, be it in cold or hot environment. Needless to say, i wear even more in air -conditioning room.
Well, why the change? I think firstly i just obsession of protecting my skin being heat under the sun or dry up in air-conditioning room. Well i enjoy doing so. Of course i would wear bit less when the weather is bit cozy during the evening.
Second, i'm tired of my usual fashion which carries me in decades.
Thirdly, i don't like the conventional concept, tropical country must wear little possible to feel the cold. I don't believed so.
Fourth, i don't wish to get unwanted attraction. Not trying to be cynical here just i don't wish that overshadowed my personality. I guess i'm just tired of being attracted of how i look instead of how i behave.
Fifth, i applied lotions so that's explained i need to wear more to avoid losing the moistures.
Sixth, i have got more choices of outfit than ever, since i could mix and match
Seventh, i have better looking/feeling of my skin
Ok, the only side effect of these changes is my clothes in wardrobe ran out very fast:)
So why wait? You should start making a change now:)
