I love to eat fruits, it's something i can't miss in a day. While many of us were educated eat fruits after meal, i prefer to take it before, well i was told, it's a healthier way to enjoy fruits, don't ask me the sainstific empirisicm, if you believe it then you should follow, likewise.
Despite the arguement of enjoy fruits before or after meal, eating fruits bring immense benefits to us. Generally it hydrates our system for healthier skin/complexion, digestion system. Oh the immediate research also shows that fruits helps to improve immune system to preven cancer. There is this latest fruits based diet program for reducing weight. As for me, i would just enjoy fruits for certain meal of my day should i don't have appetite for other food, no not for weight lost, i already a skinny dipping lady. Well this blog is not selling fruits but to reiterate the importance of eating fruits and my passion of it.
I'm picky when comes to buying fruits, not the variety but the freshness. Since i have moved to new place, i couldn't find a proper fruit stall and often a time, i always make a ride to the stall near my old house. I only discovered two small fruit stalls after awhile. While i was so excited with the discovery but got dissapointed as it arent't fresh enough.
So today, my mom initiated to buy some fruits for the family as the weather is pretty humid. I chose quite a lot of variety, apple, guava and banana for my own consumption. Ok i don't have special preference when come to fruits, i eat all kind but i particular like the rosey apple, it's chrunchy, bit expensive as it cost 1.5 per piece. Needless to say i got some for my family too. Then my mom told me that my brother likes the same type of apple but hardly buy it because it's costly.
The statement keep repeating in my mind since she mentioned it. Yeah, i brought up in a big family, during my younger days having solid food already a survival issue, needless to say enjoying fruits. The most we can enjoy are those cheaper range and high dense like banana and bigger fruit like watermelon (it was the cheapest those were the days). I am feeling deprieved since the deficiency, i'm glad that i could afford many many fruits now, sigh what an irony.
